So far I have lost 14lbs, and gained 2lbs. What is most disturbing to me is that the gain has been in the most recent 2 weeks. SO....I am doing something new this week. First I am going to set a few goals....
1. Exercise a minium of 3 days this week.
2. Stay within daily points allowance...NO BLT's.
3. Drink, Drink, Drink....water that is.
